At TreJaz, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is not only enjoyable but also worry-free. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our refund policy below to assist you:


Returns and Refunds:

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, providing you with 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • Please note that the shipping cost for returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We kindly request that you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at  jbg.trejaz@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior approval.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a protective bag and a registered or traceable form of postage when returning items to us. TreJaz cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues:

  • We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We are here to address any issues promptly and make them right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
